There are many spirits today who want to influence not
only the thoughts and feelings of people on earth but also
our words and deeds, which is to say our bodily level.
However, our bodily level is immune to a narrowly targeted
influence from spirits and angels, being governed
instead by their general influence. When we express our
thoughts in speech, and our intentions in action, the process
of expressing them or carrying them over into the
