Affirmation and acknowledgment are the first general
step in a person who is being reborn, but the last in
a person who has been reborn. A person who is being
reborn, you see, starts with affirmation that sacred faith
and goodness of life exist, but a regenerate person, who is
spiritual, possesses real spiritual goodness and therefore
views the affirmation of their existence as coming last.
Such a person has already confirmed the importance of
holiness in faith and goodness in life.
