Heaven’s inhabitants do not command or order anyone
but communicate their thinking, and the other person
acts on the thought voluntarily. To communicate one’s
thoughts, while wanting the other person to wish for
something specific to happen, is influence. On the part
of the person receiving the message, it is perception. In
heaven their words contain no hint of command over another. No, everyone wants to help and to serve others. This
shows what form of government exists in the heavens.
