Book Description

Opening the Inner World: Spiritual Healing, Internal Family Systems, and Emanuel Swedenborg is a conversational inquiry into the nature of the human psyche and how to heal. Through dynamic dialogue the spiritual writings of the eighteenth century mystic Emanuel Swedenborg meet the highly popular modern-day approach of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Together they offer readers a powerful framework for personal growth, healing, and spiritual development.

“For those interested in the spiritual side of IFS, Swedenborg points to worlds we have yet to explore.”
—Richard C. Schwartz, PhD, Founder of IFS
