A lifelong student of Swedenborg’s teachings, Chelsea has extensive professional experience synthesizing Swedenborg’s teachings into content for a global audience through her work previously as the Director of Content Strategy for Off the Left Eye and now as the Vice President of Publishing for the Swedenborg Foundation. Combined with her work as a bodyworker, and an IFS practitioner and coach, Chelsea adds a unique and informed perspective to integrating IFS therapy with the system of the spiritual world that Swedenborg describes.

Chelsea Rose Odhner is a multifaceted professional bridging spiritual scholarship, creative expression, and holistic healing. As Vice President of Publishing for the Swedenborg Foundation and a trained Internal Family Systems practitioner and bodyworker, she brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to understanding human experience. Odhner is a lifelong Swedenborgian with a background in English and Biology from Bryn Athyn College. Her work spans writing, music, and spiritual content strategy, including her original spiritual music album “Confident Hope.” Trained in yoga philosophy and interfaith dialogue, she works to highlight important intersections in the areas of spiritual growth, psychological understanding, and creative expression. Odhner is dedicated to translating complex spiritual concepts into practical, transformative tools for personal growth. She values supporting individuals to discover self-understanding and true spiritual connection.

A dedicated therapist and teacher of the IFS model, Robert Falconer has contributed significantly to the field through his research and writings. His work focuses on how our minds are not just multiple, but also porous. He brings this lens to IFS, especially in the context of trauma and spiritual experiences.

Robert Falconer is a pioneering therapist and international educator in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. He brings over five decades of transformative psychological expertise and a heartfelt commitment to healing and understanding the complexity of human experience. Falconer has authored several influential books, including Many Minds, One Self, co-written with IFS founder Richard C. Schwartz. Falconer’s book The Others Within Us is a groundbreaking work which centralizes “porosity” as a key component to healing. Falconer draws from personal experience and extensive clinical practice. He is a respected international trainer who has led workshops in many countries, including Europe, Pakistan, Mexico, China, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Falconer champions a holistic view that recognizes the inherent spiritual nature of psychological healing. Now in his mid-70s, Falconer remains an active teacher and thought leader. A scholar of Emanuel Swedenborg and Neo-Latin translator, Jonathan Rose has published extensively on Swedenborg’s theological and philosophical ideas. He serves as the Series Editor for the New Century Edition of Emanuel Swedenborg’s Theological Works. His expertise brings a deep spiritual dimension to the book, offering readers insights into concepts in Swedenborg’s spirituality that resonate with IFS.

Jonathan S. Rose, Ph.D., is a scholar and translator of the works of Emanuel Swedenborg. As Series Editor of the New Century Edition of Swedenborg’s Theological Works, he has dedicated his career to making Swedenborg’s teachings accessible through meticulous translation and research. Dr. Rose has authored works including The Message of Love behind the Ten Commandments and Swedenborg’s Garden of Theology and been the host of the Spirit and Life Bible Study. He was also a tenured professor, innovative researcher who developed Latin analysis software, and curator of the Swedenborgiana Library. Beyond his scholarly pursuits, Dr. Rose is also an accomplished musician who explored spiritual themes in his eclectic gospel album “Clear Shining after Rain.” An ordained minister and former college chaplain, Rose has a passion for exploring the therapeutic potential of Swedenborg’s teachings, inspired by innovative psychologists like Wilson Van Dusen, Raymond Moody, and Jerry Marzinsky. In his work, he aims to help people know and understand Swedenborg’s works so that they can connect with heavenly inspiration and healing.
