2024 Swedenborg Foundation Appeal

When it is put as beautifully as that, it is never too much. And I believe what I just read. As always thank you so much. This is one of the few outlets I have found  to connect with minds seeking truth solely through the understanding of Gods love. I am continually introduced to new (to me) ways of thinking about spiritual material here. For that I am eternally grateful

The Lord is my lover & my best friend. When I’m lonely and depressed which is most of the time; He is always with me to guide and keep me company. 

I probably would have never come to him on my own if it were not for Curtis and OTE. From the bottom of my heart thank you. Holding back tears right now.

Wonderful to listen to Linda from Norway. I agree with her on so many levels though I took a very different path before I stumbled onto otle.

I have very sincerely looked for the truth all my life and for years I have prayed to find truth and love – in that order. Doctrine and theories guided me for quite some time. 

Not until your explanation of Swedenborg’s word could I really see and take to heart that love is always at the center. This has turned things around for me. I now pray for love and truth – in that order – and for the ability to pass that love and truth on to others, just as freely as God gave it to me.

Thank-you for sharing your Christian views with the  world. I learned about Swedenborg’s writings many years ago and they resonated with me so much they changed my life. I came to truly love the Lord and to realize that motivation in how we think and in our actions is a key component of true faith, and to always make the Golden Rule “love thy neighbor as thyself” central to how we live our lives. I will be forever grateful to the person that introduced me to Swedenborg’s writings because it brought me back to God again. Thank-you, Curtis.

I find this channel very helpful. Alot of questions I have about the bible or the afterlife often get answered in a very believeable way. I highly recommend  Swedenborgs work as a companion alongside regular Bible study. You will learn soo much more.

 Sometimes I think the door to heaven is partially propped open by Curtis, who is sharing all this incredible wisdom with us and making our lives so much for sanctified. Thank you for all you do Curtis and OTLE team!

This was meant for me to see I need to see this. I’m trying so hard. I help anyone I can and it really hurts when ppl take my kindness for weakness and they take advantage of me when I try to help some ppl. Please help me to carry on lord I need you. I’m trying to help my neighbor and have been but once I’ve done all that I can do I pray that the lord take over and please keep me up lord so that I can continue to help others. My goodness. My husband and son visited London…visited the Swedenborg Centre (by chance) and brought me back books on this incredible human. I am so full of fear and anxiety so often especially about my beautiful little boys….I try to bring love and kindness to the world but am often met with such cruelty. Going to keep watching these videos to bring clarity and hope. Thank you so so much.

It took me many years of daily reading to finish the Arcana Celestia. It was not easy to chip away in the dark for so many hundreds of hours. But now I have a lovely bucket full of perfect gemstones as a result. Each one of those diamonds, emeralds and sapphires is enough to support me for the rest of my life and beyond, and I not only have a bucket full, but there are many more Swedenborg resources which I haven’t read yet such as Apocalypse explained and other Swedenborg writings. Swedenborg is the revelator to the age of science.

Swedenborg´s teachings are profound and uplifting. Thank you for presenting them here.
