OffTheLeftEye Hits 50,000 Subscribers

The offTheLeftEye production team sets up to stream an episode of Swedenborg and Life. Host Curtis Childs is seated at the table.

On April 22, the offTheLeftEye YouTube channel (OTLE)ย hit a new milestoneโ€”50,000 channel subscribers.

OTLE is home to Swedenborg and Life, a weekly webcast that covers topics ranging from personal personal growth to the Bible to how science intersects with spirituality, all through the lens of the writings of Emanuel Swedenborg. In the six months since the channel reached the 40,000-subscriber mark, our videos have racked up more than 1.8 million views and 18 million minutes of watch time, and weโ€™re excited by the fact that the channel continues to grow.

In January, theย Swedenborg and Lifeย creative team launched a new show format that features shorter shows with topics geared toward tackling more focused topics like โ€œDo We Reincarnate?โ€ and โ€œWhy Doesnโ€™t God Prove That He Exists?โ€ These episodes have gotten great feedback and are continuing to build viewership as time goes on, and weโ€™re looking forward to growing even more over the coming months!

If youโ€™ve never seen our weekly webcast before and want to find out what youโ€™re missing, visit the offTheLeftEye YouTube channel Monday nights at 8 p.m. Eastern to watch new shows live, or visit anytime to watch our archive of episodes, including our playlist for people new to Swedenborg.
